Wow! It's been quite some time since I've blogged. I would say nothing new has happened, but that's not true. There have been many things, but here are the highlights:
**My brother is on his way to follow in our mother's combat shoes footsteps, and is becoming a corrections officer.
**Brandon is, of course, growing too fast. His speech--he's been having a bit of trouble in the past few months--is doing awesome.
**We are now stationed in Brunswick, GA. Beautiful here & loving it. No major disaster work---yet.
**I have have a pain on my he
ad for about 2 1/2 months now, that gives me daily headaches and several migraines (I finally have an appointment with the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL---Oct. 29th. Please prayer for enough to cancel that I may be able to get in faster.)
**Many corps and divisional events that we've enjoyed with our church family.
**Ben & then Bonnie have come home. As you may know, our dalmation of 9 years died of cancer in May. We thought for sure (well before he-Baxter-even got sick) it would be months before we could even talk about another dog. We'll two weeks later, Glenn and I--almost in stereo--said ther
e was a hole in our family. After 3 trips to the Humane Society Ben came home with us. He
was very scared for several weeks, started to do a little better, then it was suggested we get him a friend....................................After A LOT of things, Bonnie came home. These two seem to be in love--Ben's ears are squeeky clean inside and out, th
anks to Bonnie. Our home is also better with them here. So, meet Ben and Bonnie.....
